Southwest Accessory Group is seeking a detail-oriented order processor for its e-commerce operations in Haltom City. You will review, process, and print customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel and familiarity with online retail platforms; NetSuite is a plus. Strong communication and self-management are essential for daily support and customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. NetSuite experience a BONUS.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Processor is responsible for accurately reviewing, processing, printing and following through on customers orders from start to finish.
• Seeking candidates with computer proficiency and who have a familiarity with online retail platforms, order processing, and attention to detail will thrive in this position.
• Process orders from our online store into our accounting system
• Review each order for accuracy, ensuring no address, payment, or product errors
• Prepare all orders for shipment
• Answer customer service related phone calls and respond to email requests
