Job summary

Southwest Accessory Group is seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage all e-commerce orders processed through our system. We ship daily to GM and Ford dealerships and consumers, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some Saturday work as needed.

The role emphasizes accurate order review, entry into our accounting system, and timely shipment preparation while providing friendly customer support via phone and email.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to maintain high accuracy in fast-paced order processing.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfort with multi-tasking and meeting daily order deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new software and processes.
• Experience with online retail platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and process customer orders from online store to accounting system.
• Ensure orders have accurate addresses, payments, and products.
• Prepare orders for shipment and confirm details with customers.
• Answer customer phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
• Maintain order records with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
