Southwest Accessory Group in Cartersville, GA is seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Order Processor to handle online orders from start to finish, review for accuracy, and prepare items for shipment daily.

You will enter orders into our accounting system, verify addresses and payments, and respond to customer inquiries by phone and email. This role supports our dealership and consumer shipments with a focus on reliability.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; NetSuite experience a bonus
• Ability to describe products accurately and thoroughly
• Ability to learn and understand new computer programs quickly
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to self-manage

Responsibilities

• Review, process, print and follow through on customer orders from start to finish
• Process orders from the online store into the accounting system
• Review orders for address, payment and product accuracy
• Prepare all orders for shipment
• Answer customer service related phone calls and respond to emails
• Maintain high levels of order accuracy and efficiency
