Job summary

Southwest Accessory Group in Haltom City, TX is seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Order Processor to manage orders from online store to final shipment. You will review orders, ensure accuracy, and prepare shipments daily.

Responsibilities include processing orders into accounting system, addressing address, payment, or product issues, answering calls and emails, and maintaining strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. NetSuite experience a BONUS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to describe products accurately and thoroughly.
• Ability to learn and understand new computer programs quickly.
• Ability to self-manage.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from our online store into our accounting system.
• Review each order for accuracy, ensuring no address, payment, or product errors.
• Prepare all orders for shipment.
• Answer customer service related phone calls and respond to email requests.
