You will review orders, input into our accounting system, verify addresses and payments, prepare shipments, and respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• NetSuite experience a bonus.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and process customer orders from start to finish.
• Enter online store orders into accounting system.
• Verify addresses, payments and product accuracy.
• Prepare orders for shipment.
• Handle customer service calls and emails.
