Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring a E‑Commerce Salsify Syndication Specialist to lead end-to-end product content syndication across 90+ retailer channels. You will ensure accurate content, images, and enhanced assets are delivered on schedule, while onboarding new retailers and maintaining channel mappings.

You will collaborate with Account Teams, Marketing, Product Information, Legal, IT, and external partners to drive best-in-class digital shelf execution within Nestlé’s digital-first operating model.

Qualifications

• Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting eCommerce, Digital Shelf and Content Operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute product content syndication across 90+ retailer, marketplace, and content service provider channels.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize syndication connections within Salsify and related tools.
• Ensure content delivery meets retailer requirements, with accurate images, attributes and assets.
• Onboard new retailer connections, including testing, validation, and go-live activities.
• Maintain retailer distribution and assortment mappings for content delivery across channels.
• Monitor and resolve retailer rejections, and track publication timelines.
