Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Salsify Syndication Specialist to lead end-to-end product content syndication across a broad retailer network. This role ensures accurate, timely content delivery and governance within the digital shelf ecosystem.

You will partner with cross-functional teams including Account Teams, Marketing, Product Information, Legal, and IT to optimize content readiness, quality, and compliance while supporting Nestlé's digital-first operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, information systems, supply chain, eCommerce, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Salsify, PIM, PXM, or digital content syndication platforms.
• Experience supporting eCommerce, Digital Shelf or Content Operations within a CPG/retail environment.
• Experience managing retailer-specific content requirements and syndication processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute product content syndication across 90+ retailer, marketplace, and content service provider channels.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize syndication connections within Salsify and through retailer integrations.
• Ensure content and assets are delivered accurately and on schedule per retailer requirements.
