Job summary

Whole Foods Market seeks a Supervisor for E‑Commerce to support daily grocery delivery and pickup operations, guiding a team across safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and team engagement. You will back the Associate Team Leader and Team Leader, ensuring adherence to processes and maintaining safety and quality on the floor to meet customer order times.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading e-commerce or in-store operations preferred.
• Ability to onboard and coach team members.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in all E-Commerce duties including shopping, staging, and order fulfillment.
• Assist with Team Member onboarding by demonstrating proper shopping techniques and quality standards.
• Monitor shopper flow and operations to support productivity targets and meet customer order times.
• Ensure Team Members follow safety and food safety protocols while maintaining organized staging areas.
• Monitor order accuracy and quality standards through spot checks on staged orders.
