Whole Foods Market is hiring a Supervisor for WFMOA E-Commerce to help support online grocery delivery operations. You will oversee daily workflows, ensure safety and quality, and drive efficient shift performance while meeting delivery promises.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, retail experience, and flexible weekend/evening availability. Proficiency in email and MS Office is expected, with a focus on team leadership and process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months retail/warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends/evenings.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Proficient in email, MS Office, and operations software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work environment for all Team Members.
• Uphold productivity and utilization to meet WFMOA objectives.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely order flow.
• Identify and lead process improvements.
• Balance labor to meet production goals.
• Support standard operating procedures and repairs as needed.
• Train and support Team Members on WFMOA SOPs.
