Job summary

Vantage Apparel in New Jersey is seeking a Digital Commerce Administrator to oversee day‑to‑day operations of customer integrations and webstores. This role includes maintaining SKU data, updating product listings, and ensuring accurate inventory across eCommerce platforms.

You will coordinate with warehouse, marketing, and IT teams to release orders promptly, test new integrations, and support online customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, IT, or related field with relevant digital commerce experience.
• Experience with apparel or consumer goods e‑commerce is preferred.
• Proficiency with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and CMS tools.
• Strong data management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of distributors and webstores, ensuring accuracy of products and programs.
• Maintain and update SKU data, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Assign colorways and designs to products in line with marketing specs.
• Ensure timely release of online orders by coordinating with warehouse and logistics.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to the e‑commerce platform and orders.
• Manage complex Excel files to track product data and inventory.
• Test new integrations and webstores prior to launch for accuracy and functionality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support successful program launches.
• Communicate requirements clearly to customers when launching integrations or webstores.
