Job summary

Vantage Apparel is seeking a Digital Commerce Administrator to manage day‑to‑day online store operations, maintain product data, and ensure accurate inventory across platforms. You will coordinate with multiple teams to release orders efficiently and support seamless digital commerce launches.

The role requires experience with e‑commerce platforms, CMS, and inventory systems, plus strong Excel and CRM familiarity. A flexible work model is offered within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, E‑Commerce, Information Technology, or related field with 2–3 years’ digital commerce or merchandising experience.
• Experience in apparel internet sales/e‑commerce, SaaS, or related industry preferred.
• Proficiency with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify/Magento), CMS, and inventory software; HTML, SEO, analytics familiarity a plus.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of distributors and webstores, ensuring products, cross‑references, and program setups are accurate.
• Maintain and update SKU data, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory across online platforms.
• Assign colorways and garment designs to products in line with marketing specs.
• Coordinate timely online order releases with warehouse and logistics during launch phases.
