Job summary

H Mart in New Jersey is seeking an IT/e-commerce specialist to analyze workflows, optimize VTEX/Shopify integrations, and improve site navigation to boost conversions.

You will collaborate with sales and support teams, respond to Jira tickets, and create internal guides for VTEX, Autostore, and B1, leveraging Google Analytics to drive data-driven decisions and optimize user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (not required).
• IT knowledge in front-end and back-end e-commerce systems.
• 4–5 years of relevant IT/e-commerce experience preferred.
• Knowledge of VTEX/Shopify and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the workflow and integration between the systems and look for opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate directly with solution providers to improve and/or solve complex technical issues.
• Respond to Jira tickets and (IT ticketing System) to solve and define technical issues with VTEX , Autostore & B1.
• Create and manage internal user guides for VTEX, Autostore & B1.
• Optimize site functionality and navigation to enhance user experience leading to increased conversion rates.
• Identify and analyze customer behavior trends, sales data, website traffic using Google Analytics to broaden business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align e-commerce strategies with overall sales goals.
• Partner with the customer support team to address issues and improve the overall customer experience.
