H Service LLC in Carlstadt, NJ is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist (Business Success) to optimize our online platforms and drive conversion growth. You will analyze workflows, coordinate with VTEX/Autostore/B1, and translate data into actionable improvements across marketing and sales teams.

The role requires 4-5 years of IT/e-commerce experience, familiarity with VTEX and Shopify, and strong analytics using Google Analytics. Standard hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (not required).
• IT knowledge with front-end and back-end e-commerce systems.
• 4-5 years of relevant IT/e-commerce experience.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., VTEX, Shopify) and proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Google Analytics or other metrics platform preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the workflow and integration between the systems and look for opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate directly with solution providers to improve and/or solve complex technical issues.
• Respond to Jira tickets and (IT ticketing System) to solve and define technical issues with VTEX , Autostore & B1.
• Create and manage internal user guides for VTEX, Autostore & B1.
• Optimize site functionality and navigation to enhance user experience leading to increased conversion rates.
• Identify and analyze customer behavior trends, sales data, website traffic using Google Analytics to broaden business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align e-commerce strategies with overall sales goals.
• Partner with the customer support team to address issues and improve the overall customer experience.
