Job summary

H MART Corp is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist (Business Success) in Carlstadt, NJ to analyze system workflows, coordinate with solution providers, and optimize VTEX, Autostore and B1 integrations, driving higher conversions.

You will use Google Analytics and digital marketing tools to understand customer behavior, align e-commerce with sales goals, and enhance the overall customer experience through close collaboration with sales and support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (not required).
• IT knowledge, especially front-end and back-end e-commerce systems.
• At least 4-5 years of relevant IT/e-commerce experience preferred.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., VTEX, Shopify) and proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Google Analytics or other metrics platform preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the workflow and integration between the systems and look for opportunities for improvement
• Communicate directly with solution providers to improve and/or solve complex technical issues
• Respond to Jira tickets and (IT ticketing System) to solve and define technical issues with VTEX , Autostore & B1.
• Create and manage internal user guides for VTEX, Autostore & B1
• Optimize site functionality and navigation to enhance user experience leading to increased conversion rates
• Identify and analyze customer behavior trends, sales data, website traffic using Google Analytics to broaden business opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to align e-commerce strategies with overall sales goals
• Partner with the customer support team to address issues and improve the overall customer experience
