Amphenol Communications Solutions, a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager for the Cables on Demand unit in Endicott, NY. You will lead the cross-functional teams spanning sales, production, warehouse, customer service, and systems to deliver a fast, reliable customer experience.

The ideal candidate will drive growth, implement disciplined operations, and govern KPIs, budgets, and staffing while collaborating with Legal, IT, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience in operations or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, distribution and logistics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency with Dynamics GP; experience with EDI and shipping software preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business unit strategy, planning, and operational execution aligned with company objectives.
• Own the full customer lifecycle from order placement through fulfillment and post-sale support.
• Establish, track, and report KPIs to drive supplier performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, and performance goals.
• Oversee daily operations across sales, purchasing, warehouse, planning, and call center.
• Improve inventory accuracy, fulfillment speed, and supplier reliability; drive cost efficiency.
• Lead promotions and digital communications in coordination with sales and marketing.
• Ensure process consistency, quality control, and system integration across departments.
• Build and develop cross-functional teams with a culture of accountability.
• Drive training, performance management, and professional development.
