Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years in manufacturing supply chain, 2+ years in leadership, and ERP/MRP experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing supply chain, planning, purchasing, or materials management.
Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience working within ERP/MRP systems.
Strong understanding of production planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead site supply chain personnel, establish goals and performance metrics.
Develop and execute production schedules aligned with customer demand and capacity.
Oversee procurement to balance material availability with inventory investment.
Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize working capital.
Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and improve material flow across the facility.
Monitor order status and delivery performance to meet customer commitments.
Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives and ERP/MRP system optimization.
