Job summary

Amphenol Industrial Operations in Endicott, NY, seeks a Supply Chain Supervisor to lead site-level supply chain activities, including planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics. You will coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, and Suppliers to align schedules with demand and business goals.

You will guide a team of planners, buyers, and inventory staff, driving continuous improvement in service levels, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing supply chain, planning, purchasing, or materials management.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience working within ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and supervise site supply chain personnel, including planners, buyers, schedulers, and inventory control team members.
• Develop and execute production schedules aligned with customer demand and manufacturing capacity.
• Oversee procurement activities to ensure material availability while balancing inventory investment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and data integrity initiatives.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to optimize material flow.
• Monitor order status and delivery performance to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean practices and ERP/MRP optimization.
