Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies seeks a Store e-Commerce Manager in Plymouth, MI to lead daily operations of the e-Commerce department, drive sales, manage staffing and develop associates while upholding our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

You will ensure customer satisfaction, oversee order fulfillment, train staff on order selector and customer attendant roles, monitor KPIs and coordinate with store leadership to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and leadership ability.
• Retail experience and basic computer skills.
• POS experience and familiarity with store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store e-Commerce department.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve goals.
• Meet sales, wage budgets and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and food safety процедур and company guidelines.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and coordinate with store leadership.
