Job summary

Kroger is seeking a capable Store e-Commerce Associate in Flower Mound, TX, onsite. You will assist the Store e-Commerce manager with daily operations, uphold Kroger's values, and ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key duties include supervising team members, training, scheduling, handling order intake and labeling, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace. You’ll collaborate in a fast-paced environment and support diverse customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.
