Job summary

Kroger Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Store e-Commerce Associate to support day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department on-site. You will work closely with the Store e-Commerce manager to ensure accurate order processing and exceptional customer service.

You will supervise team members, train staff, and help implement process improvements with the e-Commerce team, while maintaining safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to laws, food safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of e-Commerce when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
