Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Leader to oversee online sales, collections management, security, and team performance across its E-Commerce and affiliated entities in Phoenix, AZ. You will mentor staff, optimize margins, and travel to stores to identify opportunities for growth.

The role requires an Associates degree (preferred) and 2 years of E-Commerce management experience within Goodwill or retail, plus strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 2 years' experience of demonstrated E-Commerce management experience with Goodwill or related retail experience.
• Prior jewelry knowledge or sales preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes revenue and margin from donated goods through online sales.
• Assists with security procedures and audits incoming merchandise for loss control.
• Analyzes sales and expense reports to improve margin, revenue, and processes.
• Maximizes sales performance through proper listing, handling, rotation, and shipping of all merchandise.
• Assists with business unit operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Provides positive and professional working relationships with peers, team members, and outside vendors to ensure effective operation of E-Commerce.
• Assists with the proper procedures for handling and sales of E-Commerce merchandise.
• Implements and maintains procedures to maximize efficiencies in production, sales, customer service, and receipt of store donations with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensures proper adherence by store and E-Commerce team members to policies and procedures.
• Ensures timeliness and accuracy of all required reports and records.
• Builds a high-performing team to maximize donated goods being sent to E-Commerce.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Responsible for performance management (coaching, discipline, performance improvement plans, and annual reviews), staffing, compensation, and development of team members.
• Plays critical role in driving company culture change efforts and change management processes.

• Performs other related duties, as assigned.
