Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Supervisor to oversee online sales, security, and processing of donated goods. The role includes mentoring team members, traveling to stores, and driving revenue and margin goals for GCNA and affiliates.

The position requires an Associate degree in Business or related field and 2+ years in E-Commerce management, with strong MS Office skills and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business or related field; preferred 2 years' E-Commerce management experience.
• Prior jewelry knowledge or sales preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue and margin from donated goods through online sales.
• Assist with security procedures and audits incoming merchandise for loss control.
• Analyze sales and expense reports to improve margin, revenue, and processes.
• Maximize sales performance through proper listing, handling, rotation, and shipping of all merchandise.
• Assist with business unit operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Build a high-performing team to maximize donated goods being sent to E-Commerce.
