Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping.
• Ensure team follows laws and safety procedures.
• Train selectors and customer attendants.
• Act as e-Commerce lead in manager's absence.
• Assist with scheduling and workload distribution.
• Maintain order intake and distribute work.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment.
• Maintain supplies and clean staging areas.
• Report discrepancies to management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support process improvements from e-Commerce team.
• Provide performance feedback.
