Job summary

The Kroger Co. in Town of Grafton, WI seeks a Store e-Commerce supervisor to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations and to uphold Kroger's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

You will ensure timely order processing, supervise selectors and customer attendants, and train team members while maintaining compliance with laws and company guidelines; this role requires calm leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to laws, safety procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational needs.
• Maintain intake of orders and assign work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and staging areas.
• Report discrepancies to store e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements.
• Provide feedback on daily and annual performance.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced environments and manage conflicts.
