Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is seeking an Operations Category Lead to support e-commerce fulfillment, shipping, and order processing within assigned categories. You will supervise a team, ensure safety and standard compliance, and drive daily operations to meet sales and customer service goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing 5-10 staff, guiding performance, and communicating issues to the management team, while ensuring inventory accuracy and adherence to Goodwill policies and marketplace

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• 1 year of e-commerce experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Teams, and email in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of category-level e-commerce operations workflows.
• Perform routine checks for order accuracy and fulfillment standards.
• Oversee daily Operations Associate duties to support workflow continuity.
