Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is seeking an Operations Category Lead to supervise 5–10 Associates and oversee e-commerce workflows, including order processing, packing, shipping, and fulfillment. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and timely performance while supporting department leads and the supervisor.

The role requires 1 year of supervisory experience and 1 year of e-commerce experience, with shift flexibility. Strong computer skills and a commitment to Goodwill values are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Shift flexibility and overtime when needed.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of e-commerce operations workflows including order processing, shipping, and fulfillment.
• Perform routine checks to ensure order accuracy and proper packing.
• Oversee day-to-day Operations Associate duties to support workflow continuity and on-time fulfillment.
• Provide day-to-day operational oversight of 5–10 staff.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist with inventory management and material handling.
• Promote a Safety-First culture and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
