Job summary

Goodwill Greater New York and Northern New Jersey is seeking a Shipping & Inventory Supervisor to lead the ecommerce fulfillment and inventory operations. You will oversee shipping performance, inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and asset protection to maximize revenue and support our mission.

You will manage a team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time, while meeting KPIs for accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse operations or ecommerce logistics.
• Experience supervising a fulfillment/warehouse team.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Experience in high-volume ecommerce/retail logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ecommerce shipping team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time.
• Maintain shipping/fulfillment KPIs (on-time shipment, order accuracy).
• Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and asset protection.
• Ensure proper packaging, materials, and cost-efficient shipping methods.
