Job summary

Goodwill of Greater New York & Northern New Jersey is seeking a Shipping & Inventory Supervisor for ecommerce operations. You will lead the team responsible for picking, packing, labeling, and shipping orders while driving inventory accuracy and asset protection.

The role emphasizes KPI-driven performance, process improvements, and cost-efficient shipping methods to support revenue growth and mission impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory management, or ecommerce logistics.
• Experience supervising or leading a team in a fulfillment or warehouse environment.
• Experience with inventory management systems and order fulfillment platforms.
• Experience working in high-volume ecommerce, retail logistics, or distribution operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ecommerce shipping team to ensure all orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
• Maintain accuracy of fulfillment KPIs including on-time shipment and order accuracy.
• Oversee inventory management, audits, cycle counts, and asset protection.
• Ensure proper handling of donated goods and cost-efficient shipping processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce shipping costs across operations.
