Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math abilities (counting, added/subtracting).
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for easy shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team adheres to laws, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• perform selector and customer attendant duties as needed.
• Train staff in selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the e-Commerce lead when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet needs of operations and associates.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and assign work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organize staging areas.
