Job summary

Kroger in Dayton, NV is seeking a Store e-Commerce Supervisor to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment and customer service.

You will train and supervise selectors and customer attendants, schedule to meet needs, manage orders and labeling, and uphold Kroger's values of respect, honesty, integrity and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members are adhering to laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain the intake of customer orders and distribute and assign work to selectors and customer attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including orders for perishable departments.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
