Job summary

King Soopers, part of The Kroger Company, is seeking an experienced leader to manage the store's e-Commerce department in Colorado. You will staff, train and develop associates while driving sales, budgets and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

This role emphasizes cooperation with store management, adherence to safety standards, and execution of e-Commerce initiatives to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in hiring processes is preferred.
• Strong organization and leadership skills are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store e-Commerce department.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with shopping ease, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Meet or exceed sales, wage budgets and other targets.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Monitor inventory and respond to competitive landscape.
• Ensure compliance with laws and food safety procedures.
