Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager for the Fort Collins, CO area. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales objectives and budgets, while staffing and developing associates to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will ensure adherence to local laws and food safety procedures, train staff on order selector roles, and drive initiatives to improve substitutions, order accuracy, and overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Retail experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Staff the department and develop associates to meet goals.
• Ensure customer expectations for shopping experience and store standards.
• Schedule product flow and staffing according to guidelines.
• Lead implementation of e-Commerce initiatives and best practices.
• Monitor sales, budgets, and expenses; report variances.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
