Job summary

Roche Bros. Supermarkets is seeking an Assistant E-Commerce Manager to support the online order and delivery team in a fast-paced supermarket environment. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and supervising order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will coach staff, maintain high service standards and act as department lead in the manager's absence, driving productivity and customer satisfaction across the e-commerce operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to display initiative and work with limited supervision.
• Capable of coordinating multiple online orders and deliveries.
