Kroger Family of Companies in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Store e-Commerce Manager to support day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department. You will help ensure order accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction while upholding the company's values.

The role emphasizes training staff, coordinating selectors and attendants, and maintaining equipment, labeling, and inventory in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow local, state and federal laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed per guidelines.
• Train all functions of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of e-Commerce department when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies needed to perform duties.
• Keep staging areas and equipment organized and clean.
• Report pricing, scanning and item location discrepancies to the manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements with division/enterprise teams.
• Provide feedback on daily and annual performance.
