Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Store e-Commerce Assistant to support day-to-day operations of the e-Commerce department at our Madison store. You will lead the team in a fast-paced environment, ensure order accuracy, and help implement process improvements.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training roles, coordinating schedules, and maintaining order flows from input to fulfillment. This role emphasizes honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Train selectors and customer attendants on duties.
• Act as interim leader in absence of Store e-Commerce manager.
• Assist with scheduling and workload distribution.
• Manage intake of customer orders and assign work to staff.
• Print/distribute order labels, including perishable items.
