Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-commerce department
• Staff the department and develop associates to meet goals
• Lead planning and execution of e-commerce initiatives
• Ensure orders are filled accurately and timely
• Meet or exceed sales and wage budgets and customer satisfaction targets
• Monitor inventory and respond to out-of-stock issues
• Provide feedback to management and drive process improvements
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and food safety procedures
