Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Train selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Act as person in charge when manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational needs.
• Manage order intake and assign work.
• Print and distribute order labels for all departments.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and keep staging areas organized.
• Report discrepancies to the store e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support process improvements across the team.
• Provide feedback on performance and reviews.
• Maintain professionalism in high-paced environments.
• Handle conflicts constructively and ethically.
• Follow directions and assist with customer issues.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
