Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience required for coordinating the e-Commerce area.
• Ability to read shelf tags and translate into accurate orders.
• Basic computer skills to operate store systems and order entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for team and customers.
• Basic arithmetic for counting, pricing, and order checks.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store e-Commerce manager with day-to-day operations.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and assign work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable items.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices as needed.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates' needs.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and company food safety guidelines.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of e-Commerce when manager is unavailable.
• Provide feedback on daily performance and support improvements.
