Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Store e-Commerce Supervisor to support day-to-day operations in the e-Commerce department, ensuring high standards of customer service, accuracy and efficiency.

You will lead and train the selector and customer attendant roles, manage ordering and scheduling, maintain equipment and safety, and report performance and issues to the Store e-Commerce manager.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members are adhering to laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed per guidelines.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and customer attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, item location and temperatures to manager.
• Perform opening/closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements from e-Commerce teams.
• Provide feedback on daily and annual performance of team members.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced, sometimes stressful environments.
• Manage conflict in a professional manner.
• Maintain honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Provide support interacting with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
