Job summary

Fred Meyer, Inc. is seeking a Store e-Commerce support role to assist the Store e-Commerce manager with day-to-day operations in Spokane. You will help manage orders, train staff, and ensure smooth e-Commerce workflows across the department.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and compliance with store procedures while maintaining a customer-first approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates' needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain level of supplies needed to perform duties.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, or item location discrepancies to the store e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and learn process improvements.
