Job summary

Fry's Food Stores is seeking an experienced leader to manage the day-to-day operations of its store e-Commerce department. You will staff the team, coach associates, and drive initiatives to achieve sales objectives and budgets while upholding the company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

The role requires strong organization, supervisory experience, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Must have supervisory experience leading teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales targets.
Staff the department and develop associates to achieve goals.
Ensure compliance with laws and company policies, including food safety.
Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives and substitutions.
Monitor inventory, orders, and delivery processes for accuracy and speed.
Provide feedback to management on performance and process improvements.
Manage budgets and control expenses for the department.
