H Mart in Carlstadt, NJ is seeking a customer operations specialist to manage end-to-end ticketing in CRM and helpdesk systems, ensuring accurate case records and timely resolutions. You will deliver multi-channel support with precision and professionalism, and collaborate across teams.

You will also maintain product listings, assist with promotions, monitor orders, coordinate with warehouse teams for fulfillment, and perform data entry to support order processing and inventory tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years in e-commerce operations, retail support, or customer experience
• Strong understanding of OMS, shipping workflows, and return flows
• Attention to data accuracy and process management
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-team collaboration
• Experience with CRM and helpdesk platforms
• Customer-first mindset handling shipping/returns
• Bilingual in English and Korean

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ticketing in CRM and helpdesk systems until full resolution
• Maintain accurate case records and follow up until resolved
• Deliver multi-channel customer support with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
• Maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, media, pricing, and catalog integrity
• Support promotions and marketing campaigns across platforms
• Monitor order flows and resolve shipping, returns, and exchange inquiries
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely fulfillment
• Perform data entry supporting order processing, inventory management, and log tracking
