Job summary

H Mart is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Specialist to drive revenue, visibility, and engagement across digital channels. You will craft campaigns, optimize listings, and collaborate with teams to align promotions with market demand.

The role requires 3–5 years in e-commerce or sales with strong digital marketing know-how and English/Korean language skills. Time is spent on-site in New Jersey, with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (not required).
• 3-5 years of relevant sales/e-commerce experience preferred.
• Understanding of e-commerce marketing and promotions.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (social, email, paid search).
• Interest in e-commerce and retail trends.
• Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of E-Commerce marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and enhance brand visibility.
• Develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and special offers across digital platforms (e.g., website, social media, email marketing).
• Monitor and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer issues and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention.
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, sales reports) to track performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Create and optimize content for product pages, blogs, and other digital assets to improve SEO and user engagement.
• Work closely with the sourcing and purchasing teams to align sales strategies with market demands and promotional activities.
