Job summary

H Mart in New Jersey seeks an IT/e‑commerce professional to analyze workflow integrations and resolve complex technical issues. You will manage VTEX, Autostore and B1 guides, optimize site navigation, and analyze customer behavior to drive opportunities. Collaboration with sales and support is key.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT/e‑commerce, knowledge of VTEX/Shopify, and strong analytical and communication skills; Korean/English bilingual is a plus. On‑site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of front‑end and back‑end e‑commerce systems.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT/e‑commerce experience.
• Familiar with VTEX, Shopify, and digital marketing tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar metrics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Bilingual Korean and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the workflow and integration between systems for improvements.
• Communicate with solution providers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Respond to Jira tickets and IT ticketing systems with VTEX, Autostore & B1.
• Create and manage internal user guides for VTEX, Autostore & B1.
• Optimize site functionality and navigation to boost user experience and conversions.
• Analyze customer behavior trends and website traffic using Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with sales to align e‑commerce strategies with goals.
• Partner with customer support to improve the overall customer experience.
