Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking an E-Commerce Operations & Support Manager in Phoenix with a hybrid work arrangement. You will serve as the operational backbone between engineering, product, business stakeholders, and vendors, owning the reliability, performance, and evolution of the digital commerce ecosystem to eliminate friction and resolve critical production incidents.

Qualifications

• E-commerce domain experience with major platforms (Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento/Adobe Commerce, or SAP Commerce).
• ITSM experience including ITIL, incident, problem, change and request management.
• Cloud operations on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with monitoring, cost control, performance tuning and security.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational health of e-commerce platforms: storefront, checkout, OMS, product catalogue, payment gateways, and third-party integrations.
• Oversee Google Cloud Platform (GCP) operations: reliability, cost optimization, performance, and security across all hosted commerce workloads.
• Lead L2 production support: triaging escalations from L1, owning resolution end-to-end, and ensuring handoffs to L3/engineering.
• Supervise and mentor the GCP operations team: drive accountability, technical excellence, and adherence to SRE and cloud governance.
• Define and enforce ITSM best practices: manage incident, problem, change, and request management frameworks across commerce operations.
