Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow laws, food safety procedures and guidelines.
• Execute duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as in-charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and staff needs.
• Maintain intake of orders and distribute work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing/scan/location discrepancies and invalid temperatures to management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements as directed.
• Provide feedback on daily performance and annual reviews.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a constructive manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
