Job summary

Saransh Inc. is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations & Support Manager in Phoenix to own the reliability and performance of our digital commerce ecosystem. You will lead incident response, governance reviews, and automation projects, coordinating across engineering, product, and vendor teams.

The role requires hands-on leadership, operating between technical depth and operational rigor, with daily stand-ups, on-call duties, and weekend coverage as part of a rotation.

Qualifications

• Seasoned in leading production operations and incident response.
• Experience establishing ITSM governance for commerce platforms.
• Strong collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational health of e-commerce platforms including storefronts, checkout, OMS, catalog, and gateways.
• Oversee GCP operations focusing on reliability, cost optimization, performance, and security.
• Mentor and supervise the GCP operations team and enforce SRE practices.
