Job summary

Discovery Land Company is seeking a full-time, year-round E-Commerce Operations and Content Manager to join our Retail Department in Scottsdale, AZ. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, merchandising, and digital technology, driving our global e-commerce expansion on Shopify Plus.

You will own the operational backend end-to-end, launching beta storefronts, scaling fulfillment and supply chain workflows across 20+ global storefronts, and coordinating with our external agency

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital content or e-commerce experience in fashion or luxury brands.
• Experience with Shopify Plus and managing product data.
• Strong writing skills for luxury product copy.
• Familiarity with 3PL integrations and fulfillment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage site merchandising, launches, and content calendars.
• Coordinate asset creation with brand partners and agencies.
• Configure Shopify Plus backend to integrate with warehouses and 3PL.
• Scale to 20+ global storefronts and oversee logistics and fulfillment workflows.
• Collaborate with Domaine and internal teams on content and timelines.
