The 1916 Company is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Sales Support at our Walnut Street, Philadelphia location to streamline e-commerce logistics and support Sales Associates and Traders. As the Shipping and Logistics Coordinator, you will manage daily shipping, handle international labels, and coordinate CRM data entry while maintaining accurate inventory in our internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support for E-Commerce Client Advisors and Inventory Managers.
• Manage, coordinate, and ship watches and jewelry daily.
• Prepare outbound shipping paperwork; handle international labels and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate shipping insurance as appropriate; perform outbound inspection and QC.
• Input client information into CRM; ensure accurate listing data.
