The 1916 Company is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Sales Support professional to join our Walnut Street, Philadelphia location as a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator for the E-Commerce team. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary support and contact for E-Commerce Client Advisors and Inventory Managers, managing deals in progress.
  • Responsible for the management, coordination, and shipping of watches and jewelry daily.
  • Preparation of outbound shipping paperwork.
  • Experience with international labels and customs paperwork is a plus.
  • Coordinating insurance on shipments as appropriate.
  • Outbound inspection of watches including QC paperwork and presentation for clients.
  • Cross-reference listings with intranet to ensure all items pictured are included.
  • Input client information into CRM as needed.
  • Learn and retain brand product knowledge for all watch and jewelry brands offered by The 1916 Company.

Overview:

The 1916 Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Sales Support professional to join our team at our Walnut Street (Philadelphia PA) location. This role will serve as a key Shipping and Logistics Coordinator for the E-Commerce team and act as the primary logistics liaison across all 1916 Company locations. This role is grounded in mutual respect and collaboration. Dedicated support is contingent upon maintaining a professional, team-centered dynamic with Sales Associates and Traders.

Position Summary:

The core purpose of the Junior Sales Support position is to streamline operations by removing obstacles, resolving logistical challenges, and maintaining efficient organization, ultimately enabling our Sales Associates and Traders to focus on driving revenue, and ensuring inventory is managed in the internal database.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary support and contact for E-Commerce Client Advisors and Inventory Managers, through managing the deals that are in progress.
  • Responsible for the management, coordination, and shipping of watches and jewelry daily
  • Preparation of outbound shipping paperwork
  • Experience with international labels and customs paperwork is a plus
  • Coordinating insurance on the shipments, as appropriate
  • Responsible for outbound inspection of watches, including QC paperwork and watch presentation for watches shipping directly to clients
  • Responsible for pulling box and paperwork and cross-referencing with our intranet to ensure everything pictured in the listing is included
  • Inputting client information into our CRM as needed
  • Learn and retain brand product knowledge for all watch and jewelry brands The 1916 Company offers.
Qualifications
  • Strong written, verbal, and quantitative/analytical skills.
  • Demonstrates adaptability and a fast-learning curve when introduced to new software, tools, or processes.
  • Quickly becomes proficient in internal platforms such as CRM systems, order management tools, or reporting dashboards, enabling seamless integration into existing workflows.
  • Shows initiative in exploring system features to improve efficiency and support team productivity
  • Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a result-oriented and deadline-driven environment. Desire and ability to manage multiple relationships at a time. Team player.
  • Detail oriented is a must! You have a sharp eye and are meticulous about the small details
